Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for a ParkMyAWS subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, for any reason.

The guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription. It does not apply to subsequent renewal charges or to requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@parkmyaws.com from the email address associated with your account, including your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by Paddle. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

4. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not, on its own, trigger a refund for the current period unless you are within the 14-day money-back window described above.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If a renewal charge was clearly the result of an error on our part, contact us and we will make it right.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including statutory rights for consumers in the EU and UK. Where mandatory law grants you broader rights, those rights prevail.
